Customer Service Representative / Receptionist Full Time Contract


Execute front desk duties
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls
Hear and resolve complaints from customers or the public
Schedule appointments and update appointment calendars
Assist in booking of facilities
Provide information about organization, such as location of departments or offices, employees, or services provided
Maintain cleanliness of lobby (if applicable) or reception area
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
Handle payment  for procured goods and services
Perform general administrative duties
Other ad-hoc activities as assigned

Job Requirements

Min Secondary / GCE "/ level / NITEC
Proficient in MS Office
Good interpersonal skills 
Responsible and able to work independently under pressure
Able to multi-task
Possess positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Working experience in administration or frontline customer service is preferred
