HR Executive Full Time Contract


Provide support for whole spectrum of HR functions
Housekeep HR documentation (soft/hard copies) / filing of records and its maintenance in designated depositories
Perform monthly payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payout to all employees
Arrange reimbursement of travel related expenses, medical and other miscellaneous expenses where applicable
Conduct onboarding programs for new staffs
Arrange for in-house and external training programmes 
Conduct exit interviews 
Provide HR policy guideline and interpretation to all levels of management/employees
Review salary structure bench marking to ensure equity and competitiveness in the market
Facilitate performance management and appraisal process
Work with management and employees to build morale and increase productivity and retention via employee engagement activities
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements

Min Diploma/ Degree in Business or Human Resource Management or any other related discipline
Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
 Strong communication skills 
Good team player and networking skills
Meticulous, analytical, organized
Relevant work experience in HR and administration work preferred
Prior experience working in government agency is preferred
